How does Primpaws Grooming Academy work?
We offer online video courses that teach you how to improve your dog grooming. The lessons are entirely online and taken at your own pace.
There is no time limit. You can retake lessons as many times as you like.
How do I watch the course videos?
You can watch on your phone, iPad, laptop, desktop computer, or any device with a internet connection.
Simply log in to your account, select your purchased course, and you’ll be taken to your student viewing area where you can begin watching videos.
You must be connected to the internet to watch the videos. There is no offline viewing option.
Can I really learn to groom online?
Absolutely. We designed each course to feel like you’re watching over my shoulder while I explain what I’m doing.
We do highly encourage practical hands-on work to put your lessons into practice. And you can join our Facebook Group to get extra feedback and tips on your grooms to continue learning.
How long do I have to take the course? Is there a time limit?
When you purchase one of our courses they are yours for life. You can return any time you like and retake any of the lessons.
What languages are the courses offered in?
At this time courses are only available in English.
Do I get a Certification when I complete the course?
We offer a certificate of completion for our Beginners Grooming Course that will be sent by Email.
Payments and Discounts
How much does it cost? Do you offer discounts?
Each course is priced differently, ranging from $47 to $200 USD. The price is reflective of how extensive the course curriculum is.
We sometimes offer sales and coupons. The best way to become aware of these sales is by joining our email newsletter, or joining the Primpaws Facebook Group.
What payment methods do you accept?
Primpaws Grooming Academy currently accepts all major Credit Cards and Paypal.
All transactions are secure and encrypted.
I have a coupon code, where do I put it to get my discount?
If you’re using a phone, tablet, or mobile device:
When you’re at the checkout page, at the top there is a button that says: “View Order Summary”
Click or Tap this button to see a drop down menu.
In the Coupon space, enter the coupon code you received and then press Apply. Your discount has now been applied to your total.
Technical Questions
How do I find my course and start taking lessons?
Simply use the student login button found on the main menu of this website.
I forgot my password, how do I log in?
Follow this link and put in the email address you used when you purchased your course. A new password will be sent to your email shortly.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase and you’ll receive a full refund of your purchase amount.
